Common questions

Do I need egress windows?

Yes for any sleeping room. We include egress install in the scope when a bedroom is planned.

What about moisture?

Every basement gets a moisture check. If we see intrusion, we correct the source (grading, gutters, wall crack) before finishing.

Can you add a bathroom?

Yes. If the drain is not stubbed in, we quote a macerating pump system as an alternative.
